I've been working on a lot of different things again last week. One big change is that there is now partial localization for 12 more languages. I'm not sure yet if the Asian ones are readable with the pixel font so if it isn't please let me know and I will change it to a more high-resolution font. If you don't want the localized version, you can change the language in the options.
Another thing I've added are sandbags. Unfortunately, they don't really have a use yet though because I still have to add changing bullet height.
For next week, I also have a lot more fixes planned, along with some visual improvements.

- Wage thoughts now have 9 levels and the mood effect calculated from paid wage compared to expected wage

- Using a medkit will automatically equip another one if available
- Thoughts now get removed once decayed / no longer applicable

- Health that a medkit gives a player is now calculated differently: 20 + (random_range(10, 20) * PlayerMedicalSkill)
- Using a medkit also has a 30% chance of making a player gain 0.5-2 medical skill experience
- Harvesting a tobacco crop now has a 20% chance of giving 0.01-1 agriculture experience
- Quest for building beds now already appears at beginning
