[h1]Long Awaited Better AI is Here[/h1]
We’ve pushed our newest AI version live this past weekend. It’s been a few months of hard work, but our software developers have done a great job moving the foundations over. This is an important change not just for what it enables in the current builds (improved pathing and better unit behaviors), but also for increased player counts beyond the current (16) concurrent.
There were quite a few unit bugs associated with the old AI, so we’re working through a big backlog of those these next few weeks to resolve previously reported ones and address any new bugs that have emerged (which a few certainly have). In particular we’ll be rapidly rolling out animation adjustments these next couple builds.
