Update 154 - Lifesteal rebalance and QoL

Hi all, This update brings an important change to Lifesteal. Because Lifesteal is so powerful, players rely on it to instantly heal them and don't keep an eye on their hp bar. After this update, melee players will have to use an additional source of lifesteal and the hp bar will again become relevant. To compensate we've made hp regen permanently scale with the max level a character reaches (like the other attributes). We've also increased the base health of all characters by 20% and increased the hp regen tick to 10 times a second. [list] [*]Reduce Lifesteal by 40% but increased attainable Health Regen and base health. [*]Improved the AI of miners. [*]UI change: The Stash now displays the Loadout buttons only when an item is selected. Various changes were made to simplify creating a Loadout. [*]UI change: A character's Base Health is now displayed. [*]UI change: Some pets showed "progress %" even though they attained level 5. [*]UI change: The "intent" is now called the "lobby icon". Overlap with the Game Mode description was fixed. [*]UI change: When you press Esc during the game, the wording in the popup window is different.
