[h2]RELEASE DATE[/h2] While this is coming much later than we ever expected, [b]The Fancy Pants Adventures: Classic Pack[/b] will be launching in Early Access on [u]January 15th, 2024[/u]! The more complex the Classic Pack became in scope, the harder it's been to pin down a date. And as the project expanded from "provide convenient way to play the classic Worlds" to, "the Ultimate version of all these games, with a bunch of additional content" it became near impossible to determine what we would/could call a "finished" collection. [h2]EARLY ACCESS[/h2] Brad is no stranger to revisiting these games. And that's precisely why that live-development through Early Access came to feel like our best path to launch. But this is the first time he's personally pulled everything apart to bring them up to a modern standard. Remastering World 2 was an especially gruelling challenge. Brad explained the process as: [h3]"Just line after line of [i]what the hell was I thinking[/i] 😅"[/h3] But World 2 is finally starting to take shape! Fullscreen and 60fps capabilities are in place, and day-by-day the movement feels better, with things like jumppads, stomping, kicking and general baddie interactions all seeing massive improvement just this week! And it finally feels like time to stake out a date, and push our way through to a proper launch!
