We're knocking 10-20% of their health off from the get go, then (based on Binding level) scaling them up more throughout a Tome. Multiplayer scaling for the Torn has also been significantly reduced - quickmatchers, rejoice! Overall, we're looking for both a smoother escalation of Torn power in the moment to moment gameplay and a satisfying challenge that respects the power bumps from increasing Binding levels.
