Greetings, the inhabitants of our little forest! We are happy to finally introduce you a new region. Now you can go to the eastern region. A new baron will be waiting for you there, very different from others in both story and behavior. We also decided to remove the southern region. Initially, we planned that the game would be ... simpler. But now there is a lot of everything in it and, as you may have noticed, adding a new region turned out to be a very time consuming task. In addition, it increases the amount of maintenance work with new new features added and changes to old. Generally I don’t think adding another region will make the game better. Bigger, for sure. But instead, we would like to focus on improving the depth and quality of existing content. After the update, the progress of the current player’s mission will be lost. But the global progress of the campaign will remain. Each with its own story and personality. [*] 64 new character lines for opponents from the eastern region. [*] The new baron, ruling the eastern region - Asako-san. She has her own dialogue when a player wins. And special behavior if she comes to the aid of the player in the battle with the king. [*] A special card for the execution of the baron of the east is the Baron’s shadow. A new mechanic was added - copying the effect of the last played card in battle. It is a unique mechanic added specially for this card. [*] A new trait for the foes: shadow master. So far, only the baron of the east possesses it. The shadow master can summon shadow clones to confuse the player and avoid damage. Shadow clones disappear upon taking any damage. [*] Fixed a bug that did not allow to interrupt the reaction traits. [*] A new type of reaction for foes is a reaction to playing several cards in a row. [*] Changed the logic for interrupting phrases of foes. The first press of any key completes the phrase completely. Pressing any key again closes it. [*] The design of the baron of the western region has been updated. Now he looks more stylish. [*] Traits for the foes are regrouped. [*] Preparations have begun for a global change for the traits of foes. In the future, they will be built on the basis of “if-then” blocks. This will simplify the creation of new traits and increase variability. [*] Updated baron icons in dialogs after a player wins.
