Hello Citizens! This January was one of the most [b]eventful[/b] and most [b]important[/b] months of our recent past! Some of the recent changes that have involved the game have taken a [b]lot of work[/b] and [b]energy[/b], which we have to add to the [b]daily commitment[/b] to [b]balance[/b], not to mention the [b]creation[/b] and [b]implementation[/b] of new content! To give you a [b]rough idea[/b], just know that in the [b]last seven days[/b], we had over [b]149.000 unique users[/b], a peak of [b]3874 concurrent users[/b], and [b]over 2935 participants[/b] in the referral program! We are thrilled to [b]welcome all these new Citizens[/b] to the City, and we want to [b]thank the community[/b] members [b]for helping us[/b] all these months! We also had our first [b]Patron[/b], the level which is recognized by a user who has invited [b]100 neighbors[/b] to enter the City: congratulations, [b]Achilles[/b]! But let’s get into the [url=https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/964440/view/3642883924747564443?l=english]patch we [b]just released[/b] a couple of days ago:[/url] there is [b]a lot [/b]to talk about! The [b]most important[/b] changes we have made concern[b] food and toxicity[/b]: we have [b]listened to your feedback[/b], and we have come up with [b]solutions [/b]to some problems that we have noticed! From now on, [b]food only influences the Satiety bar[/b], while Fungi and Pills raise a [b]new bar[/b], called the [b]Toxicity bar[/b]. The first bar [b]resets after dying or going to sleep[/b], but the second one resets [b]only when you die[/b]: in this way, we’re trying to give “[b]food healing[/b]” more space. We know that this was one of the [b]most asked[/b] patches since launch, and we hope [b]you’re gonna have fun[/b] with this new balance! We also [b]removed the Movement Speed[/b], and [b]replaced it[/b] with the [b]Search attribute[/b]: from now on, the [b]higher is your Search[/b], the [b]faster you search[/b] through containers! To face these changes, we [b]reduced the caps[/b] for [b]Vitality[/b] and [b]Endurance[/b] to +30%, and [b]rebalanced fungi [/b]and pills consequently. We worked a lot on the [b]matchmaking[/b], and we [b]divided the solo and duos queue[/b], in order to ensure [b]fairer matches[/b]. We also improved the [b]hub editing[/b]: now you can [b]swap your furniture as you please[/b]! We just had to leave [b]one little constraint[/b]: in order to close the editor, there must be [b]at least one piece[/b] of furniture belonging to the [b]essential ones[/b] (door, blood washer, bed, etc.). Of course, given all the additions, [b]we updated the Bestiary[/b] with all the new Things screenshots, descriptions, and loot. [b]We also updated the Credit quest[/b] and the [b]Estate quest[/b], in order to simplify the progression within the story for the player! The coming days will be[b] joyfully full[/b] for us!
