Zero Division

A roguelite deckbuilder crossed with a CCG, set in a dark cyberpunk world. You will lead a three-man squad against competing factions fighting among the ashes of a world-wide war. Each operator comes with a unique deck that can be customized and augmented.

Hello, operators. Welcome to Zerzura! Zero Division officially launches today. We’d like to thank you for your continued support and feedback! Taking this opportunity, here is a detailed rundown of the scope of the game, as well as key features and content available in Zero Division on the first day to help you get on track and better prepare you for the complex game mechanics and extensive content! *We will continue to support the game after launch via timely updates, aiming to improve balance and make gameplay adjustments based on community feedback. Of course, we also plan to add more content in the future to further increase the scope of the game. Please rest assured that we will keep improving the game. Details will be shared with you later.
Standard Campaign Mode
This mode is essentially the staple roguelite deckbuillder game experience – go on an expedition, craft your own deck, and eliminate whoever (or whatever) stands in your way with your powerful build! Simply put, choose three operators to form your squad, explore different levels, encounter various events (good or bad!), and face all kinds of evil minions and fearsome bosses! Upon completing the expedition, earn rewards and unlock higher difficulties. However, be aware that your actions in your expedition will consume action points called "Supplies." Each level starts with 7 supplies by default. Once consumed, you can continue exploring, but you won't receive the corresponding rewards. We are confident you will gradually master the game by learning about the unique design of Zero Division and discovering the fun of deck building as you overcome seemingly impossible challenges. As you progress through the difficulties, you will climb higher on the corporate ladder and unlock other gameplay modes.
11+ Difficulty Tiers
Like many deck-building games, Zero Division has a wealth of stories and content initially locked. Players will progress through the 11 difficulty tiers by completing challenging expeditions, climbing the corporate ladder for better rewards, more operators, more gameplay modes, and hidden secrets! For those elite operators who can conquer everything, completing all difficulty tiers unlocks a custom difficulty setting for ultimate challenges.
Assemble Your Crew
Assemble your crew of 3 from 9 steadfast operators, split into 3 core archetypes: Guardian, Assault, and Specialist, mimicking the classic tank-healer-dps dealer triangle in classic MMO games.
Guardians: Solid damage absorbers.

Paladin: A veteran soldier whose Block doesn't expire at the start of each round.
Jinn: A mercenary captain who deals damage to attackers every time he is hit.
Mayhem: A techno anarchist who restores HP with her signature combat ability.

Assaults: Known for high damage output.

Renegade: A rogue troubleshooter who has ability to “Rally” herself when needed at a cost (to attack multiple times in one round).
Rook: A corporate headhunter who will gain 1 action point for each Strike card she plays.
Typhon: A cold cyborg killer with special bonuses for both Strike and Shot cards.

Specialists: Excel at strategic & tactic combat.

Mirage: A holo prodigy who can actively create hard-light clones of herself at will.
Tinker: A master engineer who can rig up powerful fusion grenades.
Aleph: An augmented sniper whose Shots always hit the mark with her unfaltering Aim.
Choose to field a classic party with one of each archetype, or mix things up with unconventional compositions. Any combination is viable, provided you have the skill to guide them through the trials of Zerzura City. There is no true protagonist in this game: with the right cards and augmentations, any operator can have their turn to shine.
Game Scope
There are a total of 6 different locations for you to explore in Zero Division. Each expedition involves choosing and thoroughly investigating 3 of these locations. You will need to deal with various killer robots, mutants, and cyborgs, with difficult bosses appearing randomly at the end of each level. There are hundreds of cards and dozens of augmentations for you to explore and discover. However, the full content won’t be available in your first playthrough. Try completing the lowest difficulty first and progress from there!
Meta-progression
Earn Mnemosynth (a special currency) through your runs, and use these synthetic memories to permanently imprint cards into your collection through the Failsafe system. The added cards can be carried over to the future runs to get you a step closer to your favourite build next time when you set off. Additionally, you can also use Mnemosynth to further enhance your favourite operators’ skills and special abilities – they make quite a difference in play! We will be actively listening and collecting feedback and comments from the community in order to bring you the best deckbuilding gameplay experience as well as more exciting content. Hope you enjoy Zero Division! Thanks! The Developer & The Publishing Team of Zero Division
