v0.2.3: CO-OP Patch 3

Hey everyone, Here's the third (and probably final) patch for the co-op open beta. In this version, I've changed how you communicate with Uncle Nelson in the demo quests. Rather than receiving a call on your mobile phone from Uncle Nelson, you can call him at a payphone whenever you're ready to talk to him. This gives the player a bit more agency in controlling their progression and stops Uncle Nelson from info-dumping you when you're not ready. I've also fixed some stuff.
