This is the first staffroom patch, which may play a role in the future related to employees’ performance improvement. A first ‘beta’ of the TVs autosync option is publicly available starting with Youtube, note that a small percentage of videos, especially famous music, fail to embed correctly in non-host players with the message ‘This video is unavailable’ and solutions are being checked to circumvent this.
More sites suggestions to sync are welcomed and their implementation progress will depend on their technical difficulty as the ingame’s browser code has to be manually hooked into the game’s one.
Changelog:
- Added a new tab in the Builder: the Staffroom, with 6 new props and more arriving in the future. Employees will probably move there soon.
- Added a new device: the robot cleaner. Its recharging deck can only be placed in the storage.
- Did the first integration of autosyncing for the TVs starting with Youtube and will improve it over time. Note the following points:
* Both sides, host and clients, must toggle the new ‘Autosync’ option in the TVs monitor panel in order to activate the feature. Hosts also have a toggle in which they can let joining clients alter the played video by using the browser’s URL bar.
* Although most link patterns should work correctly, the most recognizable are like this example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K4TOrB7at0Y
* Each player could have their own instance of ads and miss part of the video respecting the host.
- Added two new achievements related to the surveillance desk.
- Added a toggle in the pricing machine for players who don’t want their prices rounded down to first decimal.
- Added a bar to input any URL in the browser and increased its scrolling sensitivity.
- Visually fixed Checkout B money amounts being flipped with their respective coins/papers.
- Player names and customers messages should now look at the player correctly when in a surveillance camera.
- Further optimized some products meshes and made Crab Sticks stack without overlapping.
- Fixed an issue in which you could drop objects via the CCTV camera.
- Corrected half shelves slight visual overlap with other furniture types.
