The multiplayer supermarket has arrived to your neighbourhood for free! Stock your shop space, unlock perks and franchises, hire employees or chase those pesky shoplifters. The more players, the more action!
Hello! Today’s patch provides extra permissions for multiplayer games, the next addition to player’s control will probably be a way for hosts to manage a permanent bans list for their stores. Also, if all testings go smoothly next week we will have the next employees update (small code changes have already been done on preparation for this).
Changelog:
- It has started snowing…
- A Christmas tab and 8 props are now available in the builder and as a pre-step for this month updates. More arriving soon.
- Added 10 new paintable textures related to Christmas, this raises the paintables count to 100.
- Extra multiplayer permissions added:
* Manager: can buy products, build, scan and set prices, acquire perks and use the paintables tablet.
* Cashier: can scan products, collect money and give change.
* Restock: can pick up boxes, restock products and ride vehicle
* Security: can pick up brooms, hit thieves and pick up dropped products.
* Talk: can use text chat.
Also added a button on escape host menu to automatically remove all permissions on joining players. Note that even if the host wants to give a player just a single permission the already implemented global one must be enabled too.
- Horizontal movement keys can now be used as input to change cameras in the surveillance desk.
- Slightly incremented the width of the small freezer in order to get better product fitting. This may cause them to overlap in existing player games so they might have to be readjusted. Also raised its bottom for better product visualization.
- Added a new sort product option in manager’s blackboard: by stock in storage.
- Fixed products overlapping with the fridge’s price labels. Report if some are still doing so.
- Every builder tab has now its own placement mode and delete mode for commodity.
- It is now not possible to open the Builder menu while holding the paintables tablet to avoid mistakes.
- Pricing machine should now display products ordered by group, not by implementation date.
- Fixed the duplicated buttons that appeared in the products tab in the manager’s blackboard.
- Holding Shift or its respective assigned key while using the paintables tablet will make scrolling be in steps of 5 for faster material iteration. Also works for hat selection in the cool room.
- Moved slightly the cash register in checkouts so they don’t block out the visuals of some products in lanes.
- The image’s outline that shows in interface when looking at a product shelf now reflects the product’s group color.
