Hello, We are sharing today’s patch notes. [h2]Unapplied Updates from September 14[/h2] The update we posted on September 14 did not apply to the Steam client for unknown reasons. Below is a recap of the unapplied changes. [list] [*] Alien draw count changed from 1 -> 6. [*] Act 3 boss HP adjusted to 150. [*] Damage for "For Two Days," "Four Days Even," and "Until the Sixth Day" changed from 5 damage per die to 4. [*] The printer will now create a blank tool instead of a "Religious Flyer." [*] Fixed an issue where the game would sometimes not progress at the start of an enemy's turn. [*] Fixed an issue where the game wouldn't progress if there was no target for "Fishing Rod." [*] Fixed a discrepancy between the required removal count and the actual count in the Castor event. [*] The "Time Management Subsystem" of the Act 3 boss will no longer speed up the game. [*] Fixed a repeated map bug when selecting "Shop" as a reward option and encountering the same map again. [*] Fixed an issue where the character model would remain down after taking damage. [*] Fixed a bug where the log kept displaying maximum HP recovery despite being 0. [*] Fixed an issue where the game options were affected by the screen resolution. [/list] [h2]Removal of Priority Mechanic[/h2] Based on feedback that the priority mechanic overly relied on luck, it has been removed. Now, allies will always take turns before enemies. Traits related to priority have also been removed. [h2]Changes to Act 2/3 Introductory Rewards[/h2] The options of +1 dice or +1 draw at the start of Acts 2 and 3 were deemed overpowered, so they have been adjusted as follows: [list] [*] Hic's Rear Support: Max HP +50%, Draw +1. [*] Illa's Rear Support: Adds dice [1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3], Draw +1. [*] Is's Rear Support: Gain 2 traits, Draw +1. [/list] [h2]Tool Pool Changes on Creation[/h2] When creating random tools, the following tool types have been excluded. This applies to both players and enemies, including the Act 3 final boss: [list] [*] Tools that destroy your own tools. [*] Tools related to gold. [*] Tools that deal self-damage. [*] Tools that remove characters. [*] Tools with draw effects. [/list] [h2]Tool Balance Patch[/h2] The following tools have been rebalanced: [list] [*] Brawl: [Condition] 4+ -> 5+. [*] Time Bomb: [Condition] 7+ -> 9+. [*] Gold Throw: [Effect] 5% of gold -> 2% damage. [*] Pepper Spray: [Effect] 5 -> 7 damage to all enemies. [*] Umbrella: [Effect] Ignores 3 -> 5 defense. [*] Trash Bin: [Condition] 2+ -> 1+. [*] Purge: [Effect] +1 -> -1 dice bonus. [*] Throw Trash: [Effect] 5+ -> 3+. [*] Acid Rain: [Effect] 1 -> 3 damage to all. [*] Little by Little: [Effect] Gain 1G -> 2G per turn. [*] Double Axe: [Condition] 10- -> 15- / [Effect] 2x -> 3x dice bonus damage. [*] Steroids: [Effect] +3 -> +4 dice bonus. [*] Steel Sword: [Effect] 1x -> 2x condition value damage. [*] Espresso: [Condition] 10- -> 15-. [*] Bag Toss: [Effect] Damage equal to the number of tools in the bag -> 2x the number of tools. [*] Pencil: [Effect] 1x -> 2x condition value damage. [*] Static Shock: [Effect] 1 -> 4 damage. [*] Rusty Knife: [Condition] 6+ -> 8+. [*] Chainsaw: [Effect] 20 -> 15 damage. [*] Imsal Experiment: [Effect] 10 -> 7 damage to self. [*] Coin Pickup: [Effect] 5G+ -> 10G+. [*] Slime Toy: [Effect] Makes a tool 3x harder to use -> 2x harder. [*] Driver: [Condition] Has 3 -> 3+. [*] Swing: [Effect] 15 -> 12 damage. [*] Launch: [Effect] Starts at 1 -> 3 damage. [*] Preach: [Effect] Adds as many "Preach" cards as dice to the deck. [*] Endless Worship: [Effect] Damage equal to dice bonus, no reduction to dice total bonus. [*] Rope: [Effect] Ignores 2 -> 3 defense. [*] Gloves: [Effect] +2 draw, -3 dice bonus. [*] Stimpak: [Effect] 1 -> 4 damage when activated. [*] Painkillers: [Effect] +5 defense, -2 max HP. [/list] [h2]Trait Balance Patch[/h2] [list] [*] Game Strategy: Reduces all enemy HP by 20% -> 10% at the start of combat. [*] Efficiency Study: When activating a tool with no effect, it now deals 2 damage to a random enemy instead of 1. [*] Finishing Blow: Now limited to once per battle. [*] Penny Pincher: Now gives 15G -> 10G after combat. [*] "Hesitant," "Overwhelming Strength," and "Oath of Victory" have been removed from traits. [*] Slow Starter, Fast Starter, Quick, and Vanguard have been removed due to the removal of the priority system. [/list] [h2]Character Balance Patch[/h2] Obrefo: No longer carries "Gloves" in their deck. Alien Laser: HP reduced from 30 -> 20. [h2]Bug Fixes[/h2] Fixed an issue where the "Skilled Accuracy" trait would trigger only when the exact value was 2, instead of triggering when two dice with the same value were rolled. Fixed an issue where the dice bonus UI would progressively increase in size. Fixed an issue where the "Loss of Free Will" trait would activate even when there were other combat choices available. Fixed an issue where a void was generated on the player's board when an ally activated "Mental Pollution."
