Oculus Touch Support + important fixes and improvements

Dimensional

A first-person, narrative-driven puzzle game. Dimensional throws you into dangerous chambers to save an alien race. This is not a passive experience. You'll have to feel and act as though you're really there - standing, moving around, manipulating objects and reacting to dangers.
Oculus Touch
Native Oculus Touch support is live in Dimensional. Remember to pick the Oculus option when launching in Steam. Gamepad support is still intact together with support for a single tracking camera. Don't worry about tracking camera placements Dimensional has supported room-scale style gameplay since the DK2 so you shouldn't have to worry too much about tracking camera positions and controller occlusion with the Oculus Touch. The gameplay generally encourages you to face forward but if you're exploring and hide your controllers from the cameras, the targeting will temporarily become gaze based (identified by an eye icon popping up), so just carry on playing. As soon as the controllers can be tracked, you can use them for targeting again. If your camera placements are far from ideal, another option is to face your cameras, then use the FPS-style controls to rotate the world, or hold down your teleport button and rotate your grid before you jump to ensure you arrive with the point-of-interest in front of you.
Other changes
Important bug fix. If you played Dimensional for a length of time in one session the HRTF enabled sounds would stop working just leaving the traditional sounds, so you could have been missing quite a bit of audio. This has now been fixed. More dialogue is now included in the game. Loads of smaller changes and fixes have been added to the game. Even if you've played it, I recommend starting again when the full release comes out.
What's next
I'm working on the final level and the full release is on its way this month (if testing goes OK).
