Multiplayer fixed & more in Konkwest 1.0052

Another small, but significant patch today! [list] [*] Fixed a bug which caused the multiplayer to fail. [*] Fixed a bug causing the multiplayer to desync in turn one if starting with a new game. [*] Special effects, such as explosions, are no longer launched for places that aren't visible. [*] Breakthroughs no longer cause the entire world to reload the map mode. [*] Expansion missile effects now select their launch site in a more logical way: Instead of always launching from the capital if no neighboring place is available as the launch site, they will now launch from the closest available place in that case.
