The arcade grand strategy game. In Konkwest you and your friends can play through a world conquest campaign in an evening. Many historical starting scenarios bring you into the game world and let you lead your empire to glory. The single-resource economy makes the game accessible to all.

With today's update Konkwest finally gets new terrain graphics, thanks to my friend Sten. The new textures cover all of the terrain types, except snow which retains the previous style. Other news are as follows. [b]User Interface[/b] [list] [*] There is a popup message prompting new players to select a country when leaving the menu for the first time. [/list] [b]Localization[/b] [list] [*] All plan descriptions, news and history events are now localized for German and Dutch. [*] Added more Arabic localization for nearly all portions of the game thanks to my friends Salem and Eef. [*] Localized more UI titles. [*] Names of the Arabic and Persian languages are now displayed correctly in the menu. [/list] [b]Scenarios[/b] [list] [*] Added Tectonic Order to the Alternative Countries scenario. [/list] [b]Bugfixes[/b] [list] [*] The "Your plans" panel, where you can see and cancel the plans you make, no longer lets you scroll past the end of the content when planning a lot. [*] The diplomatic requests button can no longer cause effects and popup spam. [*] The player list now properly covers the screen space when there are many players, instead of cutting off near the middle of the screen. [*] There are no longer red highlights in the settings menu, which were remnants from an older design style. [/list]
