The Dark Horde is a roguelike deckbuilder where you control the flow of time by playing cards! Summon a horde of minions at your command, harvest the Souls of fallen enemies and send your disposable Goblin Looters on the Battlefield to seize precious Gold. Lay waste and enjoy being Evil!

Hello, Aspiring Dark Mages! This is it. The 9th of September the game will be live and you will finally have access to the game in its... Early Access. Ehm. I think I have assembled evrything I had planned for the Early access release of The Dark Horde! Actually, many things for the game changed after some awesome Demo-Players gave me their opinions on various topics! As the solo developer behind this project, I need those feedbacks like I need air! Many things have changed a bit from what you've seen (or you are seeing) in the demo: some cards have been nerfed, some received a boost, some UI changes. Not a big deal, the game core is the same! At least now I have a definitive list of what will be in the Early Access version: [b]Two game modes: [/b] Deck and Draft. In Deck mode you play with an unlocked premade deck of your choice. Draft mode is basically an endless mode where you decide how you'll begin the run. [b]Cards: [/b] - 135 of three Domains (Death, Destruction, Corruption) - 60 premium cards, unlocked for completing Deck runs. - 22 Miracle cards - 15 unlockable premade decks, each consisting of 3 common cards and an uncommon card [b]Progression:[/b] - 18 experience levels - 6 levels of difficulty for each premade deck - with each level you will unlock cards and in the Shop you will have access to more options that will dramatically alter gameplay as you progress. The Mirror's Overseer, The Trainer, The Boon Master and The Collector will be found in the Necro-Comicon! [b]Heroes:[/b] - 16 heroes (4 tanks, 4 dps, 4 casters, 4 healers) - 4 Mid Run Bosses (The Valkyrie, The Black Knight, The Hamlet Witch, The Oz-Born Gang) - 4 End Run Bosses (The Angel of Salvation, The Leper Messiah, The Ovinomancer, The Sunfire Knight) I can't give a number for the possible viable strategies that will make you win a run. The combinations and synergies of each mechanic in the game are just too many... And now, as The Dark Horde will release in Early. Access, it means that there is still a lot to develop... Here is a brief list of the content that I will be add to the game (free of charge): - 10 Death cards - 10 Destruction cards - 10 Corruption cards - Graphic Updates for the Battlegrounds - Graphic Updates for the Shop and the Necro-Comicon - Frost cards! A minimum of 30 new cards with new mechanics and interactions! - Frost Miracles. Special Miracles that will behave slighly different from the current Miracles you [don't] love. - Game Lore - Card Library: detailed descriptions of each card in the game - Bestiary: a description of each Minion and each Villager in the game - Leaderboards - Challenges! Difficult tasks only the mightiest Dark Mage can complete! - New Vendors at the Necro-Comicon. - Extra Mid Bosses / Final Bosses - Customization for the aspect of your Dark Mage and for the Dark Tower. - New Game Mode: Time Run - Alpha Card Images library - General improvements to menus in the various sections of the game Well, that's it, I guess.
