[h1]Changelog[/h1]
- You can now hover over any value in the battle info UI to see a breakdown of how that stat was calculated. Don't know why the enemy is doing double the damage you expected? It is now broken down in a tooltip (UI still in progress and being touched up).
- Started laying down the framework for unit promotions. This required a lot of refactoring as I want the unit's models to actually change on promotion so you can see them getting more powerful as they go through promotions.
- Music and dialogue touch ups.
- Small updates to the level up and unit info UI.
- Improvements to the tool-tip UIs to have larger text, and more clear frames.
- Small balancing changes to make certain enemies more threatening.
- On weapon rank increase, show the weapon rank.
- Elias and Reyson now start with D rank in weapons.
[h1]Future[/h1]
- Finish up unit promotions with the UI ready to show off and choose between multiple classes.
- Start laying the ground work for weapon enhancements.
- Create more of the advanced classes and their abilities for a proof of concept of promotions.
Excited to show off the new UI and get feedback on, in my opinion, the coolest feature of the game. Getting to choose how your characters will play and what new abilities they will get is easily my favorite part of tactical RPGs, so I can't wait to deliver that to all of you.
