Hi there! Look around, leaves are brown, and the sky is a hazy shade of winter. But that hasn’t stopped us from actively working on Skopje. It may have slowed us down along with the entire pandemic situation, but we’re still on track. It’s been quite a while since we showed up here, so why not kick off the year with an update? Before we dive in, we’d like to wish you all the best in the year ahead, loads of games, plenty of luck, joy and happiness! Hopefully things this year will be better than the last. Well, back to Skopje. Slowly, but surely we’re wrapping up the playable alpha version of the game together. There have been loads of visual improvements since the first early alpha gameplay footage that we posted back in September, including, but not limited to improved shaders and anti-aliasing, decals, environmental details, and visual effects. We’ve also been working on training the mutated abominations how and when to attack you and some basic forms of communication. Somewhere along the way they learned to break the laws of physics and questioned the possibility of living in a holographic simulation, but we took care of that. We also managed to get DOM (your mobile base) functional, meaning you can drive it around, store your stuff to make more stuff, and sleep safely.
