It's almost time! Super Duper Multitasking--the long awaited expansion to 2018's Super Multitasking--will be officially releasing on February 4th, 2025! No more delays! Just a bit more waiting and it'll be in your hands! (This expansion was formerly named Super Multitasking: Versus Ultimate.) Want to play Super Duper Multitasking even sooner? No problem, you can play it NOW! The public beta has just gone live! Simply opt into the "beta" track using Properties > Betas. There are no restrictions on streaming it, so go wild! And if you find any issues with it, please let me know about them via the Community forum or via my Web site at yyrgames dot com =) (If you opt-in to the beta, your saved data will be upgraded. Do NOT opt back out of the beta or your data will be lost! You will be returned to the default track automatically on or after 2/4/2025.) Here's a brief summary of what's new: [list] [*]The ULTIMATE game set is added, with 7 new minigames for a total of 24! These new minigames are even more challenging! [*]You can lower the number of minigame slots to 3 for simpler gameplay, or jack it up to 5 for the ultimate challenge! [*]Versus Mode allows you to go head-to-head with an opponent in a special set of minigames! It's a wild experience that you won't soon forget! [*]Mission Mode grows from 42 scripted Missions all the way to 100! Plus, they're now separated into courses of between 10 and 35 Missions, so if you want to speedrun them, you can speedrun a set of them rather than all of them! (Or, if you're looking for the ultimate challenge, you can attempt to speedrun all 100 at once!) [*]Quickplay Mode now features a Fast Forward feature, allowing you to skip up to the first 90 seconds! (You must already have lasted twice as long as what you want to skip.) [*]The intense new Gauntlet Mode skips the buildup and throws you right into 5 intense 30-second rounds! Plus, if you make a mistake, just keep going! You'll get a skill rating and grade at the end of it. [*]A 2-minute Tutorial for new players has been added, plus 2 new Training modes that allow you to learn the minigames or practice your multitasking! [*]Several new Bonus Modes, including a brick-breaker game, a space shooter, and the wild dancepad-compatible Workout Mode! [*]Hundreds of new Leaderboards to compete on, plus new stats and Achievements! [*]Tons of other fixes and improvements...far too many for a brief summary! [/list] Super Multitasking will automatically be upgraded to Super Duper Multitasking on 2/4/2025! If you already own Super Multitasking prior to the upgrade date, that means you will receive the upgrade for FREE! (The price will increase for everyone else.)
