hi! just a real quick hotfix to fix a few issues i had missed before.

[*] fixed issue where trying to reload the m4 with a 60 rounder would cause the controller to get locked up
[*] small attachments such as suppressors, lasers, and rails should not fall through the ground anymore when dropped
[*] clarified the warning on the shop skills menu (this is technically a bug but its not a simple fix, so maybe in 1.2)
[*] finally fixed some collisions i had missed in arinobu
[*] made new sight reticles (also made them smaller)
[*] fixed character and shop tree master skill descs, they only add 1 point now instead of 3 (theres no actual change here, i just updated the descs to be correct)
[*] added specific discount values to shop tree skill descs, also buffed some of them
[*] slowed the evo empty reload slightly so the bolt release sound doesnt overlap with the mag in sound as much
