It will include some of the changes that were meant for 0.50.0. New full featured environments and better AI are taking longer than expected, so we will be releasing the physics changes, camera improvements, smaller QOL and bug fixes for 0.49.70. 0.49.70 will include a small test environment "Test Plain Island" for those wanting a change of scenery.
