Quick hotfix to address the issue where loading a save after dying can spawn the player with zero health. [*] Fixed Prefecture 4th level repeated voice lines during Abalon dialog. [*] Fixed/removed ledge requiring jumping to get to button on side of furnaces in Twisted Ducky's level.
