CONCLUSE 2 - The Drifting Prefecture

Concluse 2 is an atmospheric horror game which takes place immediately after the events of Concluse. Face off with the denizens of the Edison Hotel and the expansive Drifting Prefecture.

[h1]New Difficulty Menu[/h1] We're very excited to share a new difficulty options sub menu. We wanted to address some feedback around the games difficulty in a customizable way that can please both players who requested changes as well as those who like the difficulty as it stands. We have done this with 5 new options along with the introduction of difficulty presets. [h2]The Options[/h2] [list] [*] [b]Enemy Health[/b] - A modifier to increase the health of enemies. [*] [b]Enemy Damage[/b] - A modifier to increase enemy damage output. [*] [b]Enemy Speed[/b] - A modifier to increase the speed of enemies. [*] [b]Lament Take Health[/b] - Provides the option to make the Lament Arms not take health. [*] [b]Lament Stamina Drain[/b] - Provides the option to make the Lament Arms to take either the default amount of stamina or half of the default. [*] [b]Health Resets[/b] - This option is not new but has been relocated. When turned on your health will reset upon entering new areas and loading saves. [/list] [h2]Presets[/h2] [h3]Easy[/h3] The easiest of the presets doesn't modify enemy stats but turns off the lament arm consuming health and halves its stamina requirement. [h3]Normal[/h3] The standard Concluse 2 experience. No modifiers applied to enemies and default lament arms behavior. [h3]Hard[/h3] Modifies enemies to be 15% faster, have 25% more health, and output 25% more damage. Default lament arms behavior. [h3]Very Hard[/h3] Modifies enemies to be 30% faster, have 50% more health, and output 50% more damage. Default lament arms behavior. [h3]Lament[/h3] Change your combat experience entirely to be more fast paced. Your lament arms will consume health but its stamina requirement is halved. This allows for more frequent shooting and running / dashing but requires caution as missed shots are still just as damaging. Enemies are 50% faster and have double the health and damage output. [h3]Custom[/h3] Anytime you change an individual option the preset text will swap to custom. Mix and match modifiers and options to truly play your way. [h2]Feedback Request[/h2] Have a custom combination you think should be a preset? Let us know and we'll consider making it official. Want more steps for the modifiers? We're happy to let you raise modifiers to 3x, 4x, etc. if that's desired and can do so easily with additional updates. Have some other idea to adjust the difficulty? I think you get the idea.
