Hi everyone, work has continued over the past two weeks and I'd like to roll out all the changes that have been applied so far.
A lot of work was done to the multiplayer engine in the backend, which of course you won't be able to see yet, but you'll find out as soon as continent 3 comes around. I'm still getting around to a new devblog to write about all the new things.
Also an early heads up that the christmas event will be coming soon!
As for the patch notes, please read the below.

- There is now a moleman present near the arena 1 entrance!
- There is now a marketplace at The Empire docks
- You can now change the dialog text size
- You can now change the scale of your GUI elements seperately
- Pressing the pause key (escape) while in combat now functions as an alternative for pressing the "skip wave" button
- A "toggle to sprint" has been added to the settings menu
- Dialogs with characters now close by themselves if you don't finish them and walk far enough
- If you didn't finish the dialog the "click to talk" indicator now respawns immediately after exitting the conversation
- The NPC's name is now always visible on the dialog box
- A "suicide potion" is available in your inventory when you are fighting in a portal - this can be used to exit the portal quickly
- You can now scroll to zoom in
- Pressing MMB will reset to the default zoom
[h3]CHANGES:[/h3]
- All background music have had their bit rate increased to 512kbps resulting in much crisper audio
- The sunny weather type has been adjusted to be animated and less vision impairing
- Getting stunned now properly removed your shield
- Leaving a room while the R button was pressed now despawns your shield
- Ranged has had a small rework fixing the issues where your ranged charging attack would get stuck, as a result it should feel smoother to use and spam
- The warning icon for an incoming projectile or dangerous mechanic has had a fresh lick of paint
- You no longer teleport to the arena reward room after exitting the arena and dying afterwards
- The Nature Golem has been nerfed on normal mode:
- The hammer throw speed has been reduced by 40% and now waits for the throw animation to finish
- Parrying now forces the boss into a 3 second stun rather than 1 second
- The trees have been shuffled slightly to be less in the way of the player
- You can now start charging up your ult while you are shielded
- Some grammar mistakes across various conversations have been corrected
- Your pet will no longer go invisible while performing skilling activities
- The "in combat" border around the game gave confusion as to feeling like you were low health. The old "blood splatter" overlay has been removed and the blinking red border is now utilized as a low HP warning instead.
- Buff timers are no longer visible while in the worldmap
- The conjurer shields now start flashing when they are 3 seconds away from expiring
- Items with equippable abilities now immediately equip the ability when you pick up the item
- The abbreviation in stat chests for stamina has been changed from "STM" to "STA" to match the more common industry standard
- The fishing bobber now only consumes stamina when you actually move around while holding shift and just not while holding shift
- There is now a small bar below the player while in the fishing/mining/woodcutting area to display your progress to the next level at all times
- A "profile" button has been added to your inventory to inspect your own profile (This will be used in online play)
[h3]FIXES:[/h3]
- A bug has been fixed with the weather no longer cycling
- A bug has been fixed where the falling rocks on boss 2 didn't cause damage if the player was shielding
- A critical issue with smithing XP has been fixed where XP was being calculated incorrectly
- The journal no longers opens when typing "J" as you type in your name
- A missing boundary at the empire docks has been fixed
- There was an issue with guards still replying to a click event even after they went to bed - sleep walking has been disabled
- A boundary was missing near a pond in Edmund's village, the contractor was fired and a new boundary was put up
- The mountain background in Edmund's village found itself further in the distance than it should - a large earthquake put it back in place!
- A camera issue in hidden cave areas in the empire has been resolved where your camera wouldn't center
- A critical issue where the game would crash when getting "blown off the edge" at the air elemental map has been fixed
- A visual glitch when the player transitions from walk to sprint using sprint toggle has been resolved
- A hitbox bug on the earthen zombie has been resolved
- The weathered woods elite grass effect now no longer renders while in the worldmap
- The explosive and stun arrow now no longer display their 'charged' effect when you don't have enough stamina to trigger the arrow effect
- A crash was fixed on the titlescreen where opening the settings pointed to a non existing variable
- The restore crystal on your island was completely drained and didn't restore you, it has been charged via USB-C
- A description typo for speed potions was fixed
- A critical issue was resolved with the game crashing on certain dialogs
- The crazed cultist didn't trigger his mutation at 60% HP remaining, this has been corrected
