Hello, today I'm pushing a large technical change to the underlying player island mechanic for performance reasons on densely packed islands. Additionally you will notice that the nature around you will be more animated!

- The grass cut FX have been changed
- Various trees and bushes have had animation work to make them "move" in the wind, and adapt to the "storm" weather
- A "low performance" mode button has been added to disable the new animations for low resource machines

- The glow FX toggle has been changed to a GPU GFX toggle, disabling all GPU related FX
- Grass FX has been changed and now changes depending on the weather
- A large rework has been pushed for the physics handling in your player owned islands:

[*] Any entities that do not require collision with the player (grass, plants, ...) have had their physics properties removed
[*] A cap similar to the generators has been applied to all 'utility' category items
[*] The "illegal placement" check now only activates upon entering and leaving building mode, as well as only checking items within 100px of your cursor
[*] All of the above should boost performance in very densely built player islands

- The fishing spout no longer disappears when the player presses escape
- The fishing stamina gauge is no longer being reset when the player presses escape
- The black hole projectiles now come from a random position in 360° around the black hole instead of just left and right
