What makes roguelikes fun is figuring out how to outsmart the game and finding your preferred playstyle and strategies to make it easier. In Pyrene, you’ll start with a "lower" difficulty, and you can even make the game easier if you feel overwhelmed. The more you progress into the zones and biomes and defeat bosses, the more difficult the game becomes.
