A new EXPERIMENTAL update is already here, and these are the key improvements:
[list][*] Resolved save slot clearing bug.
[*] Stabilized NPC positioning during peacetime.
[*] Addressed mercenaries' erratic behavior.
[*] Fixed excessive enemy and survivor respawning.
[*] Mercenaries are immune to friendly mines.
[*] Prevented enemies from vanishing during a capture mission if the player was far away from the mission area.
[*] Restored original enemy count.
[*] Reduced loot drop frequency accordingly.
[*] Rectified gear and weapon loot bug.
[*] Increased the maximum workshop level to 3 in the Miriden city.
[*] Optimized game performance and eliminated lags.
[*] Improved performance at low graphics settings.
[*] Fixed slideshow and video intro issues.
[*] Corrected item rotation in explosion effects and enemy shouting bugs.
[*] Implemented some other small improvements and changes. [/list]
To access the Experimental branch, follow these steps:
[olist][*] Open Steam.
[*] Right-click on Decision: Red Daze in your library.
[*] Select Properties.
[*] Go to BETAS tab.
[*] Choose “experimental” from the drop-down list.
[*] Wait for the game to update the files.
[*] Launch the game.
