Hello dear players! We're happy to announce some important new features and changes in this major update. [h3]Brand new Battle Preview and Expedition Map scrolling unlocked![/h3] -You can now preview all monsters and their abilities in each battle node at the beginning of every Expedition to determine which route you want to take. Developer Notes: We have decided to open up the Expedition Map scrolling now that the Battle Preview feature is complete. Players may now preview the monsters in every battle node, including their abilities and traits. This feature is handy, if not essential, in the upcoming harder difficulties. This applies to new playthroughs only. Developer Notes: A lot of players have asked for this, and we have answered. Oh, keeping the deck will cost a large portion of the gold, but we believe it's reasonable under the consideration that by keeping the deck, the need to buy cards or remove cards will be much less. We will keep a close eye on it. Developer Notes: We planned to develop an Endless Mode because players asked for a mode where they get to keep their decks instead of starting with a new deck every Expedition. We believe that the new feature that gives players the option to keep their decks has achieved the same effect. Removing the Endless Mode development will allow us to concentrate on the new difficulties and new monster abilities. [h3]New Monsters have joined the battle![/h3] -Earth Elemental -Skeleton Soldier -Skeleton Mage -Skeleton General (Elite) -Minotaur King (Boss) -The descriptions of the original Minotaur (Elite) has been changed to the elite guards of the Minotaur King [h3]Battle Scenes added[/h3] -6 new battle scenes have been added to the game [h3]First Expedition length shortened[/h3] -The length of the first expedition has been cut short. Developer Notes: We have found out that the length of the first Expedition is too long for new players. It's now shortened to let new players finish the first Expedition more quickly. [h3]Routes added[/h3] -More routes have been added to Expeditions (other than the first one) to generate more options for the players. [h3]Main Menu page updated[/h3] -As you have probably noticed, we have changed our logo. Developer Notes: This is the logo that we have finalized before the official launch. We hope that you like it. [h3]Monster Skills modified[/h3] -The Fire Breath from Cerberus will now inflict Burning. A Burning character will take extra damage when attacked. -Vampiric Touch: the health restored from the attack has been increased to 5 times the damage dealt. -Vampiric Bite: the health restored from the attack has been increased to 5 times the damage dealt. Developer Notes: The health restored from these vampiric attacks has been close to irrelevant. After the monsters sent their representatives to talk with us, we have agreed to increase the health restored. [h3]Lowered Athena Unlock Requirement[/h3] -The condition to unlock Athena has been lowered to Zeus dealing 5k total damage, down from 100k. Developer Notes: After several players talked to us about this, we have agreed that it would be better if we let players unlock their 4th character - and the 1st Physical Damage Dealer - much earlier in the game. [h3]Card Modifications[/h3] -Curse Cards will now vanish instead of going to the Discard Pile after they are played. We have decided to ignore the protest from the slimes. -First Aid: the Divine Point costs to play this card has been reduced from 2 to 1. [h3]UI Optimization[/h3] -After acquiring items on the Adventure Map, the message will stay longer and more visible now. -All card types have received a tooltip, including Attack Cards, Spell Cards, Divine Cards, Resource Cards, Special Cards, and Curse Cards. [h3]Tutorial Optimization[/h3] -Deleted and tweaked some Expedition tutorial content -Deleted and tweaked some Battle Tutorial content Developer Notes: We have removed the corresponding tutorials now that players can now move the deities' battle positions in the Battle Preview. Some Battle Tutorial texts have also been deleted since we have added tooltips to the cards and locked ineffective cards for new players. [h3]Bug Fix[/h3] -Fixed a damage number display bug when Shield Wall and Side Step took effect simultaneously. -Fixed a text issue with Aphrodite. -Fixed a bug where the producer implemented the wrong card texts for Holy Hymn and Regenerate.
