Beta 1.0 of Chrysalis has officially arrived! The big addition in this update is the 3rd monster faction: the Nox. This new faction is themed around the underworld and undeath and includes 4 new monsters with 3 additional metamorphoses, 2 new bosses, and new enemy defensive growths. In addition to the Nox faction, there are also new boons and growths to collect, as well as a rework of some of the early abilities for several lower level friendly creatures. As we prepare for the October Next Fest, we are in need of additional playtesters to help us refine the gameplay and squash any lingering bugs that may remain.
