Note: this update breaks save file compatibility. Changelog: -Added ship production speed upgrade at the Science Research Facility. Makes smaller craft more viable in late game, if resources aren't a limitation, particularly when combined with shield upgrades. -Fixed a mistake that prevented the first spot in a fighter squadron from being filled unless the squadron was empty. -Fixed a misplaced break that caused unnecessary fighter squad leader reassignments on fighter creation. -Fixed bug with squadron assignment on savegame load. -Added shipyard construction cap that increases with tech level. -Added fighter, cargo barge, capital ship, defense turret, and battlestation construction caps that increase with resource collector construction, up to the construction limit of each unit type. -Added shipyard count to upper-right HUD element. -Added shipyard icon for maximum zoom level. -If a building is upgraded while fighters are targeting it they now behave properly. -Removed HUD element from behind player team/color selection in single player menu since it no longer fits. -Moved the tutorial objectives list down to fit properly under the upper-right HUD element. -Box selecting rather than click selecting the tutorial mechbot no longer breaks the tutorial. -In the tutorial, the view pan voiceover no longer gets cut off if the player creates a mechbot too quickly. -Researching the next tech level no longer makes energy collectors do stuff they shouldn't do. -Added single player menu options for unit counts. -Added click sounds to menu buttons. -Halved research costs at the Science Research Facility.
