Various Bug Fixes and Updates

A fairly small update: -You can no longer pause during fade out (to avoid confusion). -Enemies stop during fade out to avoid damage occuring after reaching the end of the room. -Fixed a big where the Time Limit was not loaded correctly from saved custom settings in Difficulty Settings -When playing 1-player, quitting the level from Game Over screen goes to level select rather than the splash screen. -Fixed a bug where Yellow would drop other players if holding them and jumping through a platform -Fixed a bug where time was not reset to 999 upon restarting a level, regardless of the time limit setting. Stay tuned! A new single-player level is in the works and will fit in after Level 3 (Yellow's single-player level)!
