Cosmic Strike - The last Sub Sector

[h1]Ships:[/h1] 30+ Ships will hopefully be coming in the next update depending on how much progress is made with new weapons and skills. [img]https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/813033010634293310/1136685469640425542/incoming.png[/img] [img]https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/813033010634293310/1139517213808799844/shineys.png[/img] [h1]Game Modes:[/h1] when clicking on the operations centre you will now be taken to a new “Select a game mode” screen where there will be new and exciting modes to play. I am currently working on [b]Last Stand[/b] game mode where you will be pitted against wave after wave of enemies, victory bonus if you reach the last wave. At the moment there is no healing but I may have to put in a healing trait or able to heal at the station in-between waves of enemies. [b]Base defence[/b]: will possibly be like a MOBA where you have to defend the base and if the power core is destroyed its game over. [b]Tower defence:[/b] will be mixing base defence with last stand, enemies will be coming from different paths/routes if the base is destroyed its game over. [b]Front line: [/b]A free for all death-match against AI mercenaries (this mode has currently been put on hold due to the AI not living up to expectations, I am currently looking at making a new AI or improving the current AI.) [b]Survivors:[/b] Based on the current popular roguelike shoot 'em up/reverse bullet hell. (This mode needs a whole new trait system built) [img]https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/813033010634293310/1145024177506615367/111.png[/img] [h1]Balance changes:[/h1] With the addition of the [b]Last Stand[/b] mode, I have been using it as a testing ground for the performance of ships. One of the most common complaints/feedback is the ships are too slow or hard to manoeuvrer. I have reduced the time it takes for a 360 spin from 10-12 seconds to only 6 seconds, ships can now accelerate faster, but top seed of ships has not changed.
