[*]Adjusted M1 Garand weapon fire animation blend values to not be so exaggerated. [*]Added crawling and prone transition sounds. [*]Fixed Sound Attenuation for ADS, Equip, and Prone animations. [*]Tweaked motion blur fps target to use a rolling average of the current frame rate rather than being locked to 30 fps by default in order to prevent excess smearing and other graphical artifacts.
