Patch 7 - New Dialogue Volume option, +27 updates.

Hey all! This patch brings you 27 updates for bug fixes and improvements. The main highlights are a new dialogue volume option in the audio menu, the game now starting up in borderless mode to avoid disrupting desktop setups, and a fix for save/load issue with journal VO, as well as UI, Enemy and Audio improvements. [u][b]Generic[/b][/u] [list] [*] Confronted now default's to 'borderless' mode on startup, to avoid disrupting multi monitor setups or other applications that occurred in fullscreen mode. [*] Fixed certain journal dialogue replaying after picking up a journal and immediately reloading. [*] Separate dialogue slider now included in volume menu options. [*] Optimised disk size marginally by reducing hard references in hide spots. [*] Added backend system to enable multiple 'item' objectives. [*] Event Tick is now always disabled when players leave trigger volumes. [*] Fixed placement of nav modifiers on archways of double doors. [*] Improved metal/wood particle effect. [*] Further adjustments to sound attraction for striking locks with your hammer. [*] Fixed attack animation glitching for both enemies. [*] Enemies can now see through barred gate doors. [*] Sliders in the menus can now be adjusted as you select them with a controller, without the need to press an action button first. [*] Slider thumbnails are now a consistent size for controller and mouse. [*] Menu items like scrollboxes and sliders now highlight properly for mouse, like they did with controllers.
