Quick patch to address the damn jump and input related issues, again.

[*]Completely reworked the Jump and general Input systems for the game
[*]Added an Aim Toggle in the Settings Menu

Had to go read up some vague shit on Unity's websites to figure out what is causing the retarded input lag.
Based on this i tried to figure out some hacky method of having the game run on stupidly high frames while also respecting the players inputs.
I don't know 100% if shits fixed now, but i at least tried to emulate having 200+ frames and could iteratively get it to work right on my end.
Please let me know if it still doesn't work, cause that would really make my day <3
Also there was a request to toggle the aim button instead of holding. It's there now.
I plan on doing another update over the weekend to fix/change some asset related things as well.
