[b]Happy Bones will receive it's first FREE DLC on October 22nd, 2021! [/b] [i]Just in time for Halloween! Yeah, I planned that.[/i] [i]So what exactly is this DLC?[/i] A lot of new content will be coming, most notably will be the inclusion of an entire new story episode that will be available to play... [b]Happy Bones: Episode Alpha[/b] [i]The episode will be able to be played standalone from a new menu that will appear when starting a new game, as seen below.[/i] [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/39628239/3d7fb8f95a0ad2a77aa66dab87cad65e1cb95dc2.png[/img] [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/39628239/e2d1fcba75927efe132935dad8185fc7a86ab1f5.png[/img] Episode Alpha takes place immediately following the events of the base game, and will follow a brand new character: Colette Tumbler. Colette is an agent that was hired to investigate several disappearances of children inside 'The Family' compound, she was actually referenced to in some text in the base game! She wakes up in a closet she was hiding out in during the events of the base game after something very large crashes to the ground outside. [i]hint hint[/i] She will play completely differently from Laura and any of her classes. But... she only has a limited amount. In Episode Alpha you'll have to conserve healing supplies and ammunition as much as possible in order to make it out alive. There will be no vendors, very few drops, just whatever you can find between the beginning and the end. Episode Alpha will be a true survival horror experience.
