ENGAGE

ENGAGE is a pioneering platform offering immersive virtual reality, mixed reality and metaverse solutions for enterprises and educational institutions.

For example, when a user chooses who to record or who to deliver forms to. - Applied new colors to loading bars in the ENGAGE application so that they are WCAG compliant. FIXED - Fixed an issue that could cause grabbed network objects captured in a recording to be offset when played back. - Fixed an issue that could prevent users from joining a session because they were incorrectly determined to be using different versions of the application. - Fixed an issue where a user could avoid being affected by a seat all command by using controller inputs during the countdown. - Fixed an issue that enabled a user to grant others a higher permission over cloud files in the ENGAGE application than their own permissions should allow. - Fixed an issue that caused the option to copy a file to cloud files to incorrectly appear for files that were already uploaded to Cloud File Manager. - Fixed an issue that caused the application to timeout when loading a large location. - Fixed an issue where if a user set up 2FA with SMS messages as the chosen method to receive passcodes, and were a member of an Enterprise group that subsequently disabled use of SMS, then the user could not log in. - Fixed an issue that prevented use of the Enter key to submit a 2FA authentication code in the web manager. - Fixed an issue with Quest 2 Link, where if a user took off their headset, tracking would not resume when the user put their headset back on until they moved their mouse. - Fixed an issue that could cause events to remain listed as live after their designated end time. - Fixed an issue where if a user that failed to log in through SSO because it was not set up correctly in EAP, they did not receive a meaningful error message. - Fixed an issue where a user that had selected Remember Me, but needed to reauthenticate because of a change to SSO or 2FA settings, didn't receive an appropriate error message. - Fixed an issue that could cause a page from the web manager to appear briefly in the ENGAGE application. - Fixed the tracking mode icon shown in the in-session menu to accurately reflect the current tracking mode. - Fixed an issue that could cause the application to become unresponsive if the network connection was lost. - Fixed an issue where a user was presented with a 404 error page after they removed a cloud connection. - Fixed an issue that could cause a user to lose access to the in-session menu, as well as the ability to travel through portals, after they cancelled travel through a portal. - Fixed an issue that caused the destination name to not be displayed when travelling through a portal. - Fixed the Try PLUS links in the application to directly open the PLUS account creation page.
