If there's one genre of games that I just can't seem to click with, it's soulslikes. The gothic, vampiric aesthetics of Bloodborne are a Lovecraftian dream come true for me, yet I just can't seem to get on with the actual gameplay. It's not because I'm particularly bad at it - instead, it's more that I just can't quite connect with them; a stranger in a strange land, as it were. With Lies of P, however, I grew up watching the Disney film over, and over, and over again; I know the story like the back of my hand. When I heard about Neowiz's soulslike retelling of it, I had to try it, and now you can too - at a huge discount.
