[h3]UI:[/h3] - Fix: Budget operations related to ship upgrades and crew vacations were displayed incorrectly in the budget history in languages other than English and Ukrainian. [h3]Achievements:[/h3] - Fix: It was possible in certain cases, to not get "Convoy? What convoy?" achievement, despite sinking all ships in a convoy that qualified for it. This fix will work in a full extent only for newly encountered convoys. [h3]Crew:[/h3] - Fix: A small inconsistency in the calculation of a task priority for work at the navigator's station.
