Early Access release marks an important milestone in a journey that has spanned over two years and half, filled with dedication and hard work.
Creating Vorax has been a labor of love and commitment. We have faced numerous challenges and obstacles. We've had intense development cycles and had to overcome various technical issues or limitations. Not to mention a big reshuffle in the team that took place last year due to that we decided to rewrote all core game code from scratch.
Throughout it all, our motivation has been to deliver a game that meets the high standards we set for ourselves and that our community expects. However this is only the first step.

We want to apologize and address the delay in our initial launch plans. This decision was not made lightly. Our guiding principle has always been to prioritize quality over profits. We believe in taking the time to do things right, even if it means making difficult decisions along the way.

We received valuable feedback from Valve and several trustworthy community members and content creators. Their insights highlighted areas where Vorax could benefit from additional polish. While we felt the game was ready for Early Access release, we recognized the importance of making a strong first impression. An Early Access launch on Steam is a significant event, and we want to ensure that Vorax is as polished as possible for this crucial moment.
We took the occasion to introduce at last second two much requested features like:
