Gameplay improvement:
1. The weapon with fan range (Dragon Breath) has a correct damage range now.
2. When the enemy units use map weapons in the battlefield, the damage range will be showed.
3. When a unit hit by a torpedo, it is no longer a fixed damage. The effect of the Carapace and the buffs of Hardened Carapace, Imperial Shield, Sacrifice, the Aegis Shield, and Hold Fast will affect the damage.
4. When an adjacent unit is hit by ram weapons and cause collision damage to a unit, the effect of the Carapace and the buffs of Hardened Carapace, Imperial Shield, Sacrifice, the Aegis Shield, and Hold Fast will affect the damage.
5. When the AI has a small number of planets, its economic bonus will be lesser.
