- Staffs now reduce cooldown (prev negate rune cost)
- Melee weapons buffed to compensate for physical effort and range disadvantage
- Stun/root re-application cooldowns increased
- Lifemend heal increased to 20 + 5s reapp CD
- Grounded now reduces cooldown avoidance (prev heal power)
- Shatter now consumes frozen to deal 25 dmg (prev 15)
- Crowd Control Resilience & Resistance stats increased to 30% max (prev 20%)
- Stuns/Roots chance to break on health loss increased to 40% (prev 30%)
- Rock Armour now blocks Entangle and Water Prison
- Wind Armour potency increased to 30% (prev 20%)
- Trap spell size increased by 40%
- Area and Explosive AoE impact size increased by 200%
- T8 Light Sword drop chance increased
- Sniper and pistol required distance for max damage reduced by 50%
