- Target dummy provides more details of status effects (PvE Usable / Negative Karma)
- Bullet spell type re-balanced
- Status Damage in Havens capped
- Karma rank thresholds and limits revised
- Trading capped at 1k per transaction
- Monster re-application cooldown SFX added
