- boss completion marks now have a different colors depending of the difficulty
- display the run time in the pause and game over screens
- the "Veteran medal" now also adds +10% luck
- "Midas's hand" and "Conversion ring" have been nerfed a bit
Bugfixes:
- the "Amnesia" item was sometimes causing the real final boss to not appear
