- Added 3 new Runes:
-- Inquisition (Offensive): Holy damage has a 1/2/4% chance to cause a holy explosion
-- Harbinger (Offensive): Dark damage increases by 2/4/8% for each stack of Fear on the target
-- Solitude (Defensive): UNIQUE. Self heal increases by 40/80% but receive -20/40% heal from allies
- 'Chemical Warfare' Rune now has a 10% chance to apply poison to oneself upon activation
- Increased base chance of 'Armageddon' Runes from 3/6/9 to 4/8/12% (max 24%)
- Reduced damage increase of 'Venom' Runes from 2/4/6 to 1/2/4% (max 8%) per stack of poison
- Fixed an issue where 'Holy Fire' Rune was not working correctly
