The Wicked Days is an action-packed shooter set in a godforsaken wilderness in a small town of Beavercity. Inexplicable events will be echoes of the difficult past. Why is everyone against you? Arm yourself to the teeth, jump in a car and move out to explore a dangerous world in search of answers.

We have been working on the updates for the Steam Summer Games Festival. There were lots of them, so here are all the additions, tweaks and fixes so far that we have accumulated.

[*] Added background in the main menu;
[*] Added sound from melee weapon strikes;
[*] Added a new inventory UI;
[*] Added a “hide all weapons” button;
[*] Added sound to zombie attacks;
[*] Added UI when a character enters a car;
[*] Added fueling and car repair functions;
[*] Added music to the main menu;
[*] Added points of interest on the minimap, they look like ducks! ;
[*] Added additional minimap settings
[*] Vehicles now begin to lose hit points after a fire;
[*] Removed health regeneration from characters;
[*] Added special ability for Marvin Todds - the mines;
[*] Added reload timer and cooldown icon for special abilities;
[*] Control tooltip added to Tab button;
[*] Explosions system tweaked: the radius, damage to the character and enemies has been changed;
[*] The gas canister is now explosive;
[*] Changed level of damage of weapons and the health of characters and enemies;
[*] Sprint ability tweaked: characters now run a bit further and get tired less;
[*] A level loading manager has been introduced, this should speed up the loading of locations;

[*] Fixed a bug that made it possible to attack and be attacked through walls;
[*] Fixed a bug in which trees in the forest disappeared;
[*] Fixed a bug in which the weapon inside the house was highlighted, but the character had not yet entered the house;
[*] Fixed a bug when sometimes the military were invulnerable to bullets;
[*] Fixed a bug where the cursor disappeared during death in the car;
[*] Fixed Fatal Error when entering the game in some cases;
[*] Fixed a bug when sometimes the game started with textures not fully loaded;
[*] Fixed a bug with the wrong number of rounds in a rifle;
[*] Fixed a bug in which the roofs of buildings near which the character was driving by car disappeared;
[*] Fixed bugs related to the gas canister (it did not explode from a melee hit, sometimes couldn’t pick it from the ground, could explode in the hands without causing damage, could get into the car with the canister in hand), plus now there is no offer to refuel if there is no canister in the hands;
[*] Fixed a bug with the curve of shotgun firing vector during reloading;
[*] Removed the inscription “press" F "to Enter vehicle” if the character approaches a blown up car;
[*] Fixed a bug with adjusting the volume level of music;
