Obviously, some people are more suited to a particular type of job, while others would excel at something different. As they are different it might be important to hire someone who would love to work for you for a lower wage than someone who is demanding riches! However be mindful - sometimes the employees might have more than one skill and seem valuable but if you will hire them for a wrong position it will not be too good for you. Experience is also an important factour. If you're dealing with someone who is just starting you might expect that some degree of on-site training will be mandatory while veterans might be able to start the job just fine!
