HELLCARD

Hellcard is a unique cooperative deck builder rogue-like game. Descend into the paper dungeons on your own, recruit computer-controlled companions or join other players' lobbies in fast-paced tactical card battles against the armies of darkness and the Archdemon himself!

It's been crazy two weeks since launch, but finally, I have time to write what's next. And there certainly is a next! We have more ideas for Hellcard. This is the list of stuff we have in mind in the short to mid-term. It's probably not complete but this is what we are working on now. [h2]More Cards[/h2] We are planning on adding new cards to each class. Our goal is to try not adding new mechanics, but rather more interesting ways of interacting with already present mechanics. We will be rolling out these card updates class by class as soon as they are ready. [h2]More Artifacts[/h2] Starting with a Veteran Pin type of starter artifact that would enable the player to pick starting cards under draft rules. This means one out of three randomly selected cards from each category. This cool idea was proposed by Whitey on the community forum and we love it. Aside from that, we will be adding more artifacts (non-starter ones) for all classes. [h2]New Class[/h2] As some of you already know or suspect due to revealing bugs :archduck: we have been experimenting with a 5th class. We are in the process of determining how much work it would be to add it, if it's a lot we will still try to add it as a DLC. The current idea is for the new class to be a blood witch archetype called Bruja. We will continue working on adding Steam Workshop support and making our editors available. They will be crude(ish) as they were developed for internal use and they will expose the mechanics we implemented. So adding new mechanics (like say electricity damage) might not be possible, but adding new cards, artifacts, classes, and outfits should be there.
