Private Military Manager: Tactical Auto Battler

You are the CEO of a private military company. Recruit capable mercenaries, purchase weapons, and develop your mercenaries according to their roles and characteristics. Observe how your mercenaries perform in combat and plan your tactics to ensure mission success.

Hello, this is the Private Military Manager development team.
Development Progress
We are preparing a public demo build: We're hoping to have a demo build ready for the next steam nextfest, and hope to have it ready before then so that more players can try it out. Many of you have given us feedback, but we still have a lot of work to do in terms of UI and usability, presentation of information, and accessibility and convenience of the information players need to perform management tasks. Localization and translation are also still very immature. We'll continue to playtest and update our development builds before the public demo. Here are the changes in this update.

Clean up in-game overlays: We were left with a legacy of non-localized overlays in-game, which often caused functionality errors. We moved most of the functionality of the legacy overlays to new overlays and cleaned up the in-game HUD!
Quests: formerly known as "quests" or "commitments" within the development team. Mercenaries will no longer sit still and do what they're told, then suddenly start fighting and whining about it. They'll now request improvements based on their view of mission readiness, and whine about it if they don't get them. If you promise to do what they ask, they'll be happy, but you'll have to carefully schedule and choose your event options to keep that promise. It's up to you to be a respectable boss who keeps his promises, or an irresponsible boss who yells, "Do you all live by your promises?"
Other UI polish and improvements
Thank you!
