The Medieval Era's first patch is here. It brings more Developments for your cities, new Steam features, and a few mechanical changes to improve the game's balance. The update also marks the official launch of the [url=https://roguehex.wiki.gg/wiki/Rogue_Hex_Wiki]Rogue Hex community wiki[/url]. Let's jump in.

⚖️ [b]Changes[/b]
• Cards now go into the "Play Pile" when you play them. All cards in the Play Pile are discarded at the end of your turn.
◦ This change aims to balance powerful draw abilities like Spark and Teapot that were creating infinites too easily. It also creates fun opportunities for new cards that interact with the Play Pile such as Volley.

• Some cards now remove obsolete versions from the Library when you discover them For example, discovering Hoplite removes Warrior.

• Migrants now gives an Inhabit+ instead of increasing the nearest city’s Population
• Added 1 Labour cost to durable strategic resource cards (IE Lumber, Jerky…)
• Unit tooltips now display Max Health and Piercing.
• Changed Frame Cap setting to a new VSync toggle.
• Cities are now smarter about offering you useful Developments to choose from.
